About The Role

The customer is at the centre of everything we do at Eploy, they are the reason we are here and the reason we have continually grown our business. But to give them the support and service they deserve means we only recruit, train and develop the very best Customer Success Executives.

The responsibilities will be supporting both our clients externally and our other departments internally. One day maybe spent handling the phones, another responding to tickets, on other days you will be organising and facilitating training/familiarisation sessions or peer-reviewing or hosting webinars or helping accounts or assisting Account Managers - this varied role will require you to think on your feet, but you certainly won’t be bored.

Each day, you will work closely with our Product Experts & the Head of Customer Success, learning all about Eploy and the world of recruitment.
About You
We’ve already got a stellar team of dedicated people each with unique personalities - we’re not looking for robots (unless they are Autobots…that would be cool). We’re looking for people who are cheerful and charming who can communicate clearly and concisely but are also creative - because each of our customers and every issue is unique and it’ll be up to you to figure out what needs to be done to make them happy.
 
To achieve this you’ll be fully backed up by a team of genius techies and implementation experts. You’ll always be learning and opening doors to new opportunities to develop your career potentially into Product Experts; Training and Implementation; Project Management; Sales, Account Management or Marketing.
 
As well as a desire to provide awesome support to our customers, successful candidates must have:

  • Cheerful and charming phone manner
  • Clear and concise writing skills
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • Self-motivated, desire to succeed and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Word, Excel and Outlook
It would be great if you had…
 
  • Helpdesk / 1st line support experience.
  • Any recruitment / HR / sales experience would be helpful but not essential as full training on our products and services will be provided.
