About The Role

Are you a web developer looking for more than just a job?

Eploy is a web software development company working in the recruitment and HR sectors. Since 1998 we’ve been building our solutions in the cloud, before it was even called that. As you can see - we’re forward thinking, we’ve even been called ‘visionaries’ by the trade press, but that just makes us blush. Everything we do is driven by our customers who include FTSE 100 companies, high street retailers and international consultancies.

We’re growing too, and to fuel this growth further we’re looking to recruit the best web developers / UX designers to join our team, because we also know recruitment (it’s what our software ‘does’) it’s quality and ‘fit’ with our business and people that’s most important to us.

You will be responsible for the design and implementation of a wide range of database driven and fully interactive websites using the very latest web development techniques to produce an unrivalled user experience.

Who we are looking for

If you speak (and write) fluent Responsive Web Design using HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery and have a keen eye for great design then we’d love to meet you. We’re not just looking for someone who can write CSS but someone who is equally adept at talking with customers and our implementation team to fully understand the user journeys required to help deliver even more award winning sites, so you’ll need excellent communication and organisation skills. In return we can offer you a real career path in a company that is always looking to the future - both of our products and our people.

If you have at least 1 year’s commercial experience, a passion for developing superb mobile optimised web sites, a keen desire to learn and think you have what it takes then please get in touch…
