We are looking for an experienced System Configuration Specialist to build and configure our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for our customers. Our software manages the in-house recruitment processes of companies ranging from 250 employees to well over 100,000. We also provide solutions for the public sector, university and recruitment agency markets. You will join a great team of fellow System Configuration Specialists and work with our other internal teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
 
Your role will include:
  • Understanding our customer’s requirements and configuring their Eploy system to specification.
  • Configuring system changes whilst understanding impacts on the process.
  • Demonstrating software functionality and processes, offering solutions and becoming a subject-matter expert.
  • Ensuring system builds are delivered to the highest standard, within budget and within the agreed timescales.
We require from you:
  • To be good at understanding how a system works and proven experience of reviewing/making a system as efficient as possible based on the functionality available.
  • To be highly motivated and results oriented.
  • Excellent administrative, time management, organisation and communication skills.
  • To be able to manage changes within multiple systems and at different project stages.
  • To ensure that systems are accurately configured and delivered.
It would be great if:
  • You have experience in software system builds/implementations.
  • You have implemented or used recruitment/HR software from an end user perspective.
  • You have experience within the recruitment and/or HR sector.
